Amanda Otto, M.Ed., CAPM, has been in the workplace learning field for 14 years, with experience in financial services, higher education, and technology. She has designed, developed and facilitated a variety of courses for adult learners, including technical skills, soft skills, and supervisor skills, in addition to representing the training function on corporate projects. She currently works at Noom as the CX Learning & Development Team Manager, where she oversees internal training programs, internal content (policies and procedures), and external content (online help articles).

Prior to launching her own business, she headed up the training and development efforts at New Seasons Market and has led people teams at ODOT, Safeco Insurance and at Macy’s. She began her career in retail management, then transferred her knowledge of store operations and people management to learning and development. Today she’s committed to helping managers improve their results and job satisfaction by supporting, challenging and celebrating their people.

Marla Turner, Principal Owner of LiT Consulting, Inc., is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who has helped hundreds of people embrace and leverage their unique talents through CliftonStrengths. She uses her 20+ years of experience in facilitation and instructional design to create impactful one-on-one coaching experiences and highly interactive team workshops (virtually and in-person). Marla has an M.A. in English literature and has taught writing and literature at the university level. She is a fierce defender of the Oxford comma and applauds those brave souls who dare to use the semicolon.
