As a chapter, we are committed to finding new and different ways to support our members and their professional needs. Our new ATD Cascadia Communities of Practice (CIPs) are designed with you in mind! 

Our CIPs are structured in 3 month “quests” which include learning, practice, and final presentation. Each quest is designed to integrate different learning modalities including web-based zoom meetings, online asynchronous collaboration, and other learning activities as designed by the CIP participants and facilitator. 

CIPs provide a supportive environment for talent development practitioners to learn and practice the professional skills needed to grow their careers and add value to their current and future organizations.
