For ATD events held at the Portland English Language Academy (PELA), it's located inside Lloyd Center on the 3rd (top) floor, in the northwest corner of the mall. PELA is on the same floor as the Lloyd Center Food Court, directly across from Carrington College.

The closest entrance is on the 3rd-floor level of the NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave parking garage.

How to Reach PELA By Car

1. Enter the parking garage at NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave.
2. Drive up the circular ramp to the 3rd (top) floor.
3. Enter Lloyd Center through the doorway visible from the top of the ramp.
4. PELA is just inside this entrance.

How to Reach PELA By MAX, Bus, Streetcar, Bicycle, or Walking

Option 1 – Main Lloyd Center Entrance (NE Multnomah St)

1. Enter through the large glass double doors on the 1st floor just off NE Multnomah St.
2. Tell the security guard you are attending a meeting at PELA.
3. Take the circular staircase to the 3rd floor.
4. Turn left at the top of the stairs.
5. Walk to the far end of the hallway—PELA will be on your right.

Option 2 – Parking Garage Entrance (NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave)

1. Enter the parking garage.
2. Take any staircase or the elevator up to the 3rd (top) floor.
3. Enter Lloyd Center from the doorway on the 3rd floor.
4. PELA is just inside this entrance.

If arriving before 10:30 AM, only the two entrances listed above are open. Please follow Option 1 or Option 2.
