Organizational Structure

Mid-level Positions

  • Associate Director (1-year term)—Works directly with one of the Board Directors listed below 

  • Project Lead—Works with a Board Director on a project of limited duration

Board of Directors

Each September our Chapter holds an election for open positions. Also, during the year, the Board may fill vacated positions. There are 9 Director positions:

  • Communications & Marketing—Manages email strategy, Website content, and social media

  • Events—Supports regular monthly events and coordinates with other leaders on selection of topics, speakers, and meeting management.

  • Membership—Manages and enhances our services to members

  • Finance—Manages the financial and documentation operations

  • Professional Development—Supports our class offerings and connects our Chapter community to the latest trends and certifications

  • President Elect (1-year term)—Assists the President and succeeds as President after 1 year

  • President (1-year term)—Leads the Board on its mission and annual goals

  • Past President (1-year term)—Advises the Board on best practices

  • Volunteers—Supports recruitment, tracking, and recognition of volunteers
