The average cost to train each employee is $1,195. From this, we can conclude that training and development are imperative to many organizations, but what is the real cost? How do we truly know if we are getting the most “bang for our buck” and if these initiatives and programs are really having an impact within the organization? Understanding how to measure the impact of learning programs can be greatly influence how organizations develop and structure training. She has also traveled the country training global clients in the areas of leadership, management, and sales as a consultant for Krauthammer USA.
