What’s on your career horizon in 2021? What about the employees you serve? When it comes to professional growth, it’s critical to have a plan. 

Join us for an insightful and motivating presentation from career development specialist Jeanine Rhode. She will share tactics she has used in programs rolled out to more than 400 employees at Oregon Community Credit Union. 

Whether planning your own development or your organization’s staff, you will learn practical techniques to realize your goals in 2021 and beyond!

Jeanine Rhode thrives in her role as a Senior Training Specialist at Oregon Community Credit Union where she has excelled for six years on the Learning & Development team serving employees, the membership and the community.

Jeanine is passionate about creating dynamic onboarding and career development programs for 400+ employees. She believes whole-heartedly in the idea that employee retention is directly connected to the onboarding experience and works to provide an impactful and authentic first impression that supports that goal. 

Jeanine’s biggest success of 2020 was quickly and effectively transforming a classroom-based onboarding program to an entirely virtual experience that has proven to be engaging, successful and most importantly, safe. 

In addition, Jeanine is deeply involved in career development programs and initiatives, such as the company-wide Scholars’ Program that supports employees seeking a higher level of education and development. She consistently seeks out educational opportunities to share with employees to foster their growth and career path and is EXCITED for what is on the horizon in 2021.

• Program begins at 5:15 pm.
• Our Chapter Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with talent development colleagues from across the area as well as to learn something new as each meeting focuses on a different topic related to our profession. Meetings take place the place the third Monday of each month (except December) and are open to members and non-members alike.

• This is an online program offered using Zoom.  Please be sure your audio and visual components are working prior to the session.
• Online registration available until noon the day of the event.
• Discounted registration is available for our partner organizations (ICF, NSA, ODN, SHRM).
