"What would happen if we studied what was right with people versus what's wrong with people?" That's the question Dr. Donald Clifton, creator of CliftonStrengths (a.k.a., StrengthsFinder), asked many decades ago. Since then, research from Gallup has shown that when we know how to leverage our natural talents - in other words, what's right with us - we are three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life and six times as likely to be engaged in our work.
In this workshop, Marla Turner, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, uses the CliftonStrengths assessment to guide your exploration into your unique talents. This highly interactive virtual workshop will help you discover how you've used your talents to be successful and how you can turn talents into Strengths by intentionally leveraging them every day.
Your registration fee includes your CliftonStrengths assessment and report for your top five strengths. Once your paid registration is complete, you will receive instructions for completing the assessment. You’ll need to complete your assessment by April 19, 2022.
Our speaker will receive a copy of your report and email address; however, you will not receive any solicitations from her.
If you have completed your CliftonStrengths Assessment in the last three years and have access to your results, you do not need to take it again. You’ll receive $10 off your registration. So that Marla can incorporate your report into her presentation, you will need to share your results with her. We will share instructions for how to do this after you’ve registered.
