Our career success ties directly to our emotional intelligence. As many studies show, embracing emotional intelligence is a competitive edge. For these reasons and more, we’re all encouraged to grow our emotional intelligence, both for ourselves and our learners. ATD also makes it a key part of the Personal Capability model.
To truly take this subject to heart, we invite you to join a “quest” in our new Community in Practice series. This opportunity will benefit instructional designers, leadership coaches, live instructors – in short, everyone who has a role in helping people to grow in this important way. You will embark on three stages:
Learn: Explore both classic and current research from experts.
Practice: Design an instructor-led or e-learning plan for teaching an emotional intelligence skill.
Grow: Share our learning plans with each other.
Your registration gets you into all three sessions, but if you miss a session, our facilitators can get you caught up. Don’t miss this unique chance to boost a vital learning & development capability!
Target Audience:
All L & D Professionals
Please register for all three dates in this series:
