Come hear how Michael Weger tackled this challenge at Oregon Community Credit Union. As a Training Manager with a wealth of visual communication skills, Michael led their training team to upskill and better support their organization’s learning and growth. 

We will cover best practices for needs analysis, training design, visual aids, and more. Don’t miss it!

R. Michael Weger is Technical Training Manager at Oregon Community Credit Union. For the past 25 years, he has been at the forefront of visual communications–from designing websites, DVDs, journals, and interactive educational materials and eLearnings.

• Our Chapter Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with talent development colleagues from across the area as well as to learn something new as each meeting focuses on a different topic related to our profession. Meetings take place the place the fourth Monday of each month (except December) and are open to members and non-members alike.
