Monthly Chapter Meeting -Stepping into Leadership (Note day change)

At some point in all our careers, we are called to lead. Whether leading a project, taking a leadership role, or developing leaders, our first challenge is the transition into leadership. What are the best practices and things to avoid, especially in our post-pandemic world?

Join us for a panel discussion about how best to step into leadership, either for yourself or the organization you support. And guess what–it’s FREE for members of the ATD-Cascadia chapter. 

We will explore the latest challenges to leading virtual or hybrid teams, along with the core skills needed for any new leader. We will also share the many opportunities to grow your leadership skills through volunteering with ATD. Your next career opportunity awaits!

• Zoom Access information will be sent via email prior to the program
• Check in begins at 5:00 pm online
• Program begins at 5:15 pm.
• Our Chapter Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with talent development colleagues from across the area as well as to learn something new as each meeting focuses on a different topic related to our profession. Meetings take place the place the fourth Monday of each month (except December) and are open to members and non-members alike.
