Monthly Chapter Meeting: 2023 Return to Office: Stories and Strategies for Managing Organizational Change

Join ATD Cascadia for our first Chapter Event of 2023, Return to Office: Stories and Strategies for Managing Organizational Change. We will invite a group of panelists representing a variety of industries to share their organizational experience with recent return to office trends, strategies for effective execution, and effects on talent development operations.

Attendees can expect to:

1. Hear return to office updates from professionals in the field representing a variety of industries (tech, finance, health, etc.)

2. Discuss return to office impact on organizational strategy in general and talent development in particular

3. Reflect on actionable strategies across industries for addressing the “return to office” trend

• Our Chapter Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with talent development colleagues from across the area as well as to learn something new as each meeting focuses on a different topic related to our profession. Meetings take place the place the fourth Monday of each month (except December) and are open to members and non-members alike.
