Sometimes the conflict will go well, but it can often go another way; resulting in hurt feelings, a deeper entrenchment in original opinions, and one-sided outcomes. How can we honor our own wisdom while also taking the wisdom of others into account? The answer lies in the principles of Daring Leadership.
