Are you competing for scarce resource dollars to support learning and development in your organization, school, or company? What are the emerging trends that we should follow in 2024? How does your organization compare with respect to distributing learning across technologies?
Please join us for an interactive presentation where we’ll examine the 2023 ATD State of the Industry Report. This report is ATD’s definitive review of training and development trends.
We’ll discuss possibilities for using these metrics and we’ll make connections between these benchmarks and our local practices.
Next, we’ll transition to a report on the State of the ATD-Cascadia Chapter. You’ll get to hear specific indicators about the health and vitality of our chapter, learn about our plans to sustain our growth, hear more about the results of our recent member survey, and exchange ideas for how our chapter can add value to you and your organization.
Bonus: We’re including an optional speed-networking element to our meeting this year! We’ll keep it casual; this is another way for you to connect with both peers and leaders in our field.
Intended Audience:
- Anyone interested in exploring the future of work and other leading indicators in talent development.
- Anyone interested in learning how to calculate key benchmarking metrics to persuade decision makers.
- Anyone who wants to meet chapter members in person
- Everyone who wants to learn about the progress of the ATD-Cascadia chapter and the programs we’re preparing to support your community in 2024.
