Artificial Intelligence (AI) sounds great, especially the generative AI capabilities. The news is full of reports about how these tools can answer questions, organize information, and even create images and audio. But how can AI help you in your talent development work? It’s time to explore the tangible benefits of generative AI in our upcoming Learning Quest.
Learning Quests are your chance to work in a facilitated, small group of peers. Together, we’ll uncover how you can incorporate AI into your work. For example, you might explore using AI to generate:
Text-to-image or text-to-video
Copywriting
Quiz questions
Summaries of transcripts or lengthy content
Example stories, scenarios, analogies, activities…and much more!
In short, the focus will be on practice and brainstorming solutions to your unique problems.
HOW IT WORKS
Registration includes all three 1-hour sessions, but you don’t have to attend every session. We will provide summary notes of what was learned and accommodate schedules in the agenda.
Session 1 (Jan 17th) = Break into small, facilitated groups to try various AI tools relevant to your line of work.
Session 2 (Jan 24th) = Continue in groups as we collaborate on prototypes, experiments, and personalized solutions to your unique issues.
Session 3 (Jan 31st) = Finish our group work and then share with each other the cool tools we’ve found and insights we’ve made.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
