Partner with AI to Bring Soft Skills Metrics to Your Work

When people feel cared for, a lot can happen. But can we really quantify how something like “caring” gets expressed on the job? It turns out, we can.

Join us on October 22nd from 4:00 - 5:00pm PT via Zoom.

Scott Provence, VP of Integrated Services at ELB Learning, will share examples and case studies for bringing AI-powered instruction methods to your work. We'll explore six skills for expressing empathy in workplace communication, and a proprietary machine-learning algorithm Scott developed that can scan any two-person conversation to show where and how much you use these skills.

In this hands-on webinar, you'll get a chance to try out this algorithm via an interactive chatbot game, and see your own results in real-time. In doing so, you'll not only explore the power of Generative AI, but also see how instant feedback and gamified instructional methods can improve learning.

You'll leave this session having:

  • Quantified “soft skills” via six empirically based categories.

  • Leveraged Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) within an instructional setting.

  • Conceptualized your own tools for bringing soft-skill metrics into your organization.

Join us to see how your own empathizing skills stack up and explore how AI can assist you in developing real-time, conversational trainings.

Intended Audience:

  • Anyone who wants to measure ROI
  • Anyone interested in learning more about generative AI
  • Anyone interested in learning how to measure soft skills

This workshop is limited to 35 Participants. Early bird rates to October 11!
