Build Your Organization's Empathy Muscles to Improve Performance
How are your company's EMPATHY MUSCLES?
Come learn how to build them to improve performance and outcomes.
Are your people leaders “empathy weaklings”?
Research shows a meaningful return on investment for organizations that foster an empathetic work environment. Results include improved effectiveness and performance, and an organizational culture that leads to an increase in employee retention as well as continuity in work streams, and reduced costs for recruiting, hiring and training new employees. Despite the tangible benefits, many companies still overlook the value of training their managers in this vital skill.
