This year’s State of the Industry Report is unlike any previous versions. It has been transformed and optimized for clarity and usefulness. More importantly, the data shows new directions for investments in talent and how we might need to deliver our solutions going forward.
The report features new data on how companies are measuring the performance of the learning function, giving us realistic benchmarking for collecting data on our own programs.
Please join us for an interactive presentation where we’ll examine the new version of the 2024 ATD State of the Industry Report. This report is ATD’s definitive review of training and development trends. We’ll discuss possibilities for using these metrics and we’ll make connections between these benchmarks and our local practices.
We’ll finish the workshop with selected approaches for creating a culture of leaders as teachers. We look forward to a session of shared insights and challenging interpretations to inspire your work in 2025.
Intended Audience:
- Anyone interested in exploring the future of work and other leading indicators in talent development.
- Anyone interested in learning how to calculate key benchmarking metrics to persuade decision makers.
- Anyone who wants to meet chapter members in person
