Leading the Charge: Change Management Tactics for Leaders

Technological advancements, economic changes and evolving employee expectations are just some of the pressures forcing organizations to transform to stay competitive. Organizational Development leaders are in a unique position to help guide their organizations through change so that you can achieve important strategic goals. Tiffany will explain the common causes for employee and leader resistance to change, strategies to overcome resistance and how to build a strong case for change. She will provide an easy-to-follow methodology to gain leader sponsorship for change, improve your communications so employees are excited about the change, and proactively manage negative reactions to change.

Tiffany Perry is a consultant, speaker, coach and founder and CEO of Amberus Partners.

Amberus Partners is a boutique consultancy specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion, and organizational change. Tiffany fills in the gap for organizations underserved in leading their teams through change and building an inclusive, diverse,  and equitable culture. Tiffany has 15+ years of experience in diversity, equity & inclusion, organizational change management, talent development, and employment law. She began her professional career as an employment law attorney before transitioning into management consulting. Tiffany has held organizational change and DEI consulting leadership roles for PwC, Deloitte, Point B and Gap. Her industry experience includes non-profit, public sector, technology, professional services, retail, financial services, and healthcare.

Tiffany has a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University and a law degree from Howard University School of Law. She is a certified senior professional human resource professional, certified PROSCI change management practitioner and certified to administer the InterculturalDevelopment Inventory (IDI) to assess leaders’ intercultural competence. Tiffany believes that culture is the biggest factor for an organization’s success and all employees need to feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. She has built her career helping leaders develop fundamental leadership skills, become more inclusive, lead their teams through change, create psychological safety and develop high performing teams. Tiffany’s keynotes and workshops are inspiring, interactive, and motivational, designed to help participants take immediate action. A resident of Los Angeles, she enjoys being a mother to her beautiful daughter, spending time with her husband, reading, and journaling. She feels most inspired when she is outdoors in nature.
