Are you passionate about advancing DEIB in your work?

Whether you’re a talent development professional seeking to embed DEIB into your initiatives or a DEIB practitioner looking for peer support, ATD Cascadia invites you to join our new DEIB Special Interest Group (SIG)!

ATD Cascadia is excited to launch this SIG for members to: 

• Share experience and expertise in embedding DEIB into our unique workstreams

• Build a community of peers who share a passion for advancing DEIB 

• Develop actionable strategies to influence positive change while avoiding burnout

Join us on Zoom every third Thursday of the month between 12:00 and 1:00 pm PST. 

During our February 27th meeting, our discussion topics will include:

• “A Collective Understanding of DEIB”- Presented by Briana Nathanielsz, MHA 

• Updates on the DEIB landscape in the workplace

• DEIB resources
