With technology like Vyond or Camtasia, it’s never been easier to create videos for the audiences we support, from simple communications to detailed learning content. But even with easy-to-use tools, how do we acquire the “visual vocabulary” that our learners expect from this engaging medium? Video creation provides unique communication methods like timing, camera moves, scene transitions, character animation, and more.
Join us for a fun and practical workshop to learn and practice visual literacy principles used by experienced eLearning developers. No graphic arts skills required! We will build videos using a trial version of Vyond (or your own license…see www.vyond.com). However, the principles we’ll practice can be applied to various video creation tools. For example, we’ll explore how to guide the eye of your audience and avoid visual distractions.
Registration includes both 90-minute sessions.
