What is my member number?

When you join, you'll have the opportunity to create your own username and password. You'll need to keep a copy for your records. The Chapter can search for a username but can only reset passwords. You can also request a password reset yourself.


How do I change my contact information?

Simply log in to your account to change your profile information.



How long is my membership term?

Membership is for one year from the date you join or renew. You will receive periodic email reminders towards the end of your one year period reminding you to renew your membership. You may also receive a reminder a month after your membership lapses.


If my membership has lapsed, how can I reactivate it?

You can just log in to the website using your old username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the Join page where you will be prompted with the option to renew your account. Make sure you are logged in to the website. If you are not logged in, you will be creating a brand new account.


How will I receive discounts on events and the conference?

Please log in to the website. Once you are logged in and register for an event, your member discount will automatically be applied. You must be logged in to receive the discount.


How will I access the job postings?

Job postings can only be accessed by members. To view the postings, log in to the website with your email and a password. Once you are logged in, you will see  a link to job postings.


How long does it take to process my new membership?

You membership will be processed soon after payment has been received.   Due to staffing schedules, it can take up to 24 hours to activate your membership,  we will strive to activate as soon as possible.


What if I want to sign up multiple people? (Corporate Discount)

When groups of 4 or more people from the same organization join/renew, the 5th person is free!  Contact us and we'll help get this set up for your group.


When I become a Cascadia Chapter Member am I also a National Member?

No. You are not a National Member when you register for a Cascadia Chapter Membership. You can easily become a National member either on our website or on the National website. We encourage everyone to get a National membership as there are many wonderful benefits. Please use the code CH8029 when you register a national membership so the Cascadia Chapter can receive a portion of the dues. You should also receive some sort of discount when using that code.


Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Membership is not transferable unless, as an employee, your company paid for an employee membership. Please contact the ATD office with any questions.
